Produced by the union of Italian basil and the extra vergin olive oil from Tenuta Venterra. Try this dressing for pesto, pasta, mixed salads, fresh cheese but this dressing is also excellent for soups or vegetables. Suitable for salads with fresh pasta and rice, tomato, mozzarella and potato.
